The Wood Block, Joshua Tree NP DescriptionThe Wood Block is a small boulder with half a dozen problems from V-easy to V4 on rock that varies from good to very grainy. Sportin' Wood (V-easy), Mahogany (V2) and the Woody Problem (V4) are recommended problems here. Getting ThereWalk past The Love Nest proper and turn left along a faint trail that parallels the rocky formation to the west (left). The boulder will quickly come into view near the northeast corner of the formation.
