Description 

Start low and move up to the rail, grab the slopey edge to the right and either dyno or use a high left pinch to reach the lip, then press it out.

The wind was so bad that this was the only boulder that you could even get on.

I attempted to problem both ways, and the heel hook on the rail felt the best. It allows a smooth bump to the pinch and then the top jug.

My advice - sit start both hands in the small lower pocket... pull to rail, and bump to second rail (match close). Fall to the far packet with right hand, and heel hook into the second rail. Bump to the pinch and then to the top jug... feels good.
