Description 

The Short Block is the boulder located to the right of The Depression Wall and to the left of The Next Bloc. The major feature of the boulder is a major deep groove slanting to the right. The whole boulder is about 20 feet wide. As with many of the other areas, a slopey top out is encountered at the ends of all the climbs.

Getting There 

The Short Block is the boulder right on the trail located between The Depression Wall and The Next Bloc. The obvious groove can't be missed.

The Powers That Be is a very unique climb that follows the prominent deep groove. A perfect mixture of power and touchy-ness is needed for this very deceiving line.
