The Shade Structure, Joshua Tree NP

Description 

This shady area is located on the back of the Deep Throat formation and across the canyon from The Solarium.

Getting There 

Park at the Echo Rock parking area and follow the trail past Swept Away. Before you go around the left end of Mounds toward ZZZZZ, go right into a canyon. This area is on the right (shady) side of the canyon, directly across from the Solarium.

For the Echo Rock Area area.
