Description 

Starts in front of the manhole cover. Follows a low easy ledge up and to the right, then small ledges up to the left, and up to the ledge with the plaque. From the ledge, up to the top.

Location 

On the mostly vertical right side of main face, directly in front of the manhole cover.

Protection 

Old but solid anchor bolts on top.
