The Poudre River (how's the crossing at the moment?)

Thinking about going to The Palace this weekend. Does anyone know what the river crossing is like right now?

Okay, maybe not *always*. But at least through the weekend.

I waded about 2/3s of the crossing last week. Was headed up to Crystal Wall, but decided to check out the crossing for this weekend. Water was easily knee deep, but wasn't awful. A walking stick would make the crossing a breeze. Go for it and let me know how it goes!

Thanks, Ryan. I actually may not get there for a while, but I'll pass the word on.

We tried crossing about a week and a half ago and got turned back 3/4 of the way across. It was still flowing pretty quick and we're not large humans. We used trekking poles to help but it was still just a little too edgy.

On the bright side, Upper Echelon at Triple Tier was great.
