Description

This is a great boulder, on the way to The Great Frog/Graffiti area with a couple fun problems on it. Both lines are on the backside of the boulder, which means you'll have to re-Orient yourself to see them. Beware of the jug rail which, as big as it is, still has a sharp bite!

  • Please let me know if this guy already has a history.

Getting There

From the baseball field parking lot, enter to the right of the pond and follow Ox Pasture Road (OPR) until you get to the pond/beach area. Take the dirt trail to the left immediately before OPR starts to bend left. Follow this trail over a footbridge and continue until you come to a clearing with a boulder with a weed leaf spray painted on it. Follow the trail left, towards the water, until the trail loops around another small jumble of blocs. Follow the trail around and over the Meeting House Swamp footbridge. Continue on the trail until it becomes pebbly and opens up. When it splits around a tree and gets momentarily hilly, you'll know you're in the right spot.

The boulder is built into the trail and you should see about 5 feet of it stick up on the left side of the trail near some trees and talus.

Walk around back and you'll find a little den with a huge crack rail leading out.
