Description Suggest change

Ascend the arching, left-facing corner to the top of the formation. There are two wide sections that are encountered, you can easily go around them to the right or the left in that order. The rock quality is really good and takes gear well. This makes for a great pitch to add to one of the 2nd Apron routes or if you're waiting for other parties to hustle up the apron.

Location Suggest change

The route/formation is located climber's left of the 2nd Apron. The rock formation is a golden/yellow color about 200 feet tall. Once at the top, easy 2nd class climbing leads to the base of the 2nd Apron.

Protection Suggest change

A standard alpine rack up to a BD #4 and long runners to minimize rope drag.
