Description

Technically part of the Stirrup Towers, this wedge-shaped formation sports two excellent bolted routes on it's east face. Paranoia (5.11b) ascends a steep face with edges while Manic Depression (5.11b) involves smearing on shallow depressions.

Getting There

Head south from the parking area and circle around to the east (back) side of the Stirrup Towers. The approach takes 10 minutes or less.

Paranoia 5.11b  CA : Joshua Tree National Park : ... : The Mental Block
