The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
The Larry Flynt Boulders are located about 1 mile east of the Seperate Boulders. There are two named boulders and some others in the area. The Larry Flynt Memorial Boulder, named after Porno Icon Larry Flynt who started HUSTLER Magazine. This is the larger, higher boulder. Boogie Nights sits about 40-50 yards below.
Getting There
From The Separate Boulders contour around the base for about another mile to a light colored drainage. These boulders are on the right of the drainage and about 150 yards uphill
