The books strongly suggests belaying this one from the top avoid "rope scrapage". Also, rap rather than lower.
5th climb from the left on Riverview Columns sport climbing wall.
7 bolts, chain anchor.

one of my favorite climbs at this grade at Vantage, some hard to figure moves. There is a sharp edge at the top out ledge, so rapping makes sense, but you could TR using a cordellete to extend the anchor out over the edge.
