The most obscure bouldering area you've never been to. And you thought the main zone was obscure. Still, if you like to boulder all day and not see a soul, this place might be worth a visit.

Getting There

From Ibex drive to Crystal Peak. Pass Crystal Peak, the road will come down into a broad valley. About halfway across the valley, a rough 4wd road leads left. Follow this for a mile or two, to the second cattle tank. 50 yds past this take a left on a very faint jeep track. Follow this through the junipers until you can't go any further. Hike east to the boulders which are at the base of the quartzite cliffs.

Climbing Season

For the Ibex area.
