Description 

The most famous feature at Stanage.

This buttress is dominated by the huge stepped overhang that flys high above the slab below. Despite the size it gives a truly memorable climb that isn't too difficult - Flying Buttress Direct.

From the popular parking area, head up to the edge and aim for the prominent overhang.
