The climb starts low and about 6 feet from the left pillar. Begin with matched hands at position 1. Then work according to the numbers with left hands on red and right hands on black. Feet anywhere. Hand positioning is that of opening an elevator door, hence the name. Position 6 is a cool thumb move however, where the grab is reversed and the thumb is used to give pressure.

While your at it, make sure to sneeze in between "left hand moves" 2 and 4, and hook your shorts on "right hand move" 3. Anybody ever think of putting up any "teeth only" moves here.
