| Really enjoyed checking it out this past weekend, but damn that new padding is not very forgiving. Ankles were a little sore the next day. Otherwise the new walls are really awesome! | FLAG |

| I was thinking the same thing about the padding......do they allow you to bring in your own crash pad? I saw a lot of people downclimbing because they didn't want to fall! But it's a great place with really good problems without the Boulder-type 'scene.' Good luck to you guys!! | FLAG |

Otherwise the new walls are really awesome! Truth. They really need either some thicker/softer padding, or some big supplemental mats to drag around. As it is, falling from or dropping off the top is not an appealing proposition. | FLAG |

| I was there today and the pads are already softer. From what I have heard they are like an organic crash pad, they just need a little time to break in but will last way longer that most gym flooring. | FLAG |

| Thanks for the positive vibes. It's true, the foam is still a bit firm, but is softening up as more people get in. | FLAG |

| I really enjoy the DBC. The problems are well thought out, and the grading system (Easy, Medium, Hard) is a good way to get past subjectivity of the V system. DBC staff, thanks for the hard work! | FLAG |
