Lamerica V7  WY : Vedauwoo : The Body Dump Area and surr...
The crux is mid way on the boulder with a safe fall, but after a dead point to a jug cobble, you have to mantle 18 feet off the deck, and it's not easy. This must do problem sees little traffic due to its highball status....[more]   Browse More Classics in WY

Not sure how this works, but I would like to see the Body Dump A.K.A 700e area on Mountainproject to be broken into three areas within, not a mess of boulder problems with mixed directions. For those out there that know the area, the three should be the parking area and the problems out right of the small dome, From Minnesota with Love area, and finally the furthest from the car and worth the 5 minute hike the Calvaryman area. If anyone has some input, I would like to hear it. I would like to post some pictures and info, just not in a disorganized mess.

Jesse.

I think we met the day I shot those pics of Trevor on Calvary. Anyways. Make it happen. I do not know enough of the surrounding area besides MN w/Love and Calvary. I just wanted to get it rolling.
Have it out. Your baby.

I can just delete my area and you can rebuild it as you see fit.
I dont delete it until you get somthing else rolling. I PM'd John who should remove my area so you can build it up as you see fit.

Jesse, Sal, Jammer, Brian S., HandsomeB, or anyone else who knows this area, I'd be psyched to get out and get a tour of this area to build the M.P. Body Dump section as it seems to be lacking a bit.

I've already been to Lamerica (today) but am not familiar with the other sectors.

Let me know if any of you guys head out there, I'd be psyched for a tour and to get directions and shots for Mountain Project.

Jesse's in South Africa at the moment, which is why he hasn't worked on it. I don't know the area at all, so I can't really help.

Seth, sorry I can't be more help, but I don't really know the area all that well either. I can however tell you that to get to the rest of the problems you want to walk the fence away from the parking lot and past Lamerica (generally east) until it runs directly into a boulder, which is no more than a mile. The zig zag crack on this boulder is a classic Scarpelli problem called The Urinal. Also in the cluster of boulders around The Urinal you will find The Cavalrymen and Brown Sugar, as well as a few other problems. The rest of the problems are scattered through the woods to the south and east of there. Hope that helps.
