Some areas require a guide.

Description

This is the shady wall above picnic site #2, visible from the ranger station. The distinctive routes are top ropes on the front and the Choss Wall boulder problems on the backside.

Getting There

Getting to the base is easy, the shortest approach in Hueco. To get to the top rope anchors is a tiny bit tricky. From picnic area #3, head up left past the Choss Wall until it becomes easy to cross north and work back west to the summit. This is partly a reversal of the Choss Wall descent. There is a big hueco pool behind the two sets of double bolt anchors for Cal Gal, Blue Balls, and Chip Shot.
