Description 

Tawiyan Crag is effectively the UAE's only pure sport climbing cliff (*), with a good collection of 7a-7c routes on mostly water-washed solid rock.

[* All the other popular sport areas accessible from the UAE cities are technically in Oman. There is some limited sport climbing on the UAE cliffs near Ras Al Khaimah but the bias of development for many years there has been trad routes.]

Getting There 

Just north of the town of Tawiyan. The location is described in the guidebook.
