Description

This used to be the Mother of all the Quarries, water, death, and craziness. Now filled in, it boasts pretty high walls by Quarry standards and some cool climbing. Most of the climbs are nice and sunny. Per Ron Birk, since the quarries were filled in, these walls were reduced in height from about 75 to 30 feet.

Sprax's Long Night A0  MA : Quincy Quarries : Swingles
This is a slightly overhanging bolt latter. There are 6 bolts and they are without hangers. One needs to use rivet hangers on each bolt (bolts are 3/8”). The first bolt requires an especially thin rivet hanger as the nut is driven in very close to the rock making it difficult to place most rivet hangers on it....[more]   Browse More Classics in MA
