Getting There 

Follow the main trail from parking near the substation until you come up out of the wash to your left. Continue up and left until you start coming down and to your right and hit an overlook. The wall east of you across the canyon is Stormwatch wall. Follow trail down into the wash and back up to Stormwatch.
