Turns out having the whole area to ourselves wasn't so great after all, had my truck canopy ripped open and some winter gear stolen while out climbing:

-Red feathered friends helios jacket, hooded, xl
-Orange arc'teryx caden jacket, M, ink stain spot on lower left front of jacket
-Black OR trailbreaker soft shells, M
-Orange/salmon color flylow baker bibs size L
-Grey patagonia nano puff pullover, S
-Red patagonia micro puff -- i was so close to getting in the next worn wear movie with this thing, lots of patches, draw cord falling out
-Black diamond Venom ice axe, 50cm medium amount wear/scrathes, BD leash on it.
-Msr whisperlite stove and gas bottle

They also stole bacon, beer and butter and some climbing chalk....

If anyone see's this stuff pop up somewhere please call me!! 2oh6 nine-o-two 6five4two

Thank you!

fuck man, where are we? Tennessee? One of the reason I love it out here is you usually don't have to deal with this kind of shit.

Bummer dude. I'll keep an eye out.

So sorry to hear of the gear loss. Seems to be that the trend is building. I'm voting for a totally clean CO trip out to the creek, only with all of the firearms that I can legally posses while in UtaH!Weekend Creek climbing/ shooting trip?!? Sneaky thieves and shady cops are welcome to be as shady as they like, after all, its BLM and shooting is fair game. Watch where you squat!!!

Damn, I was robbed in Creek Pasture around the same time. Went for a run and my keys were taken out of my tent to get in my car. Phone, iPod, cash, interagency pass and random other shit was taken. Nothing else looked disturbed but I have since realized many cams are missing. I left a note on someone else's vehicle to warn them to look around. Perhaps it was you? When I arrived only one other site was taken with several cars parked but no humans. I had time to set up camp, go for a run, discover what happened, and bail. It all happened so fast. The only humans I saw were two cowboys returning from a ride while I left for my run. They were in a land management truck. I have no proof but it was very strange. Filed a police report in Monticello at the sheriff's. Never heard a peep from them after I left.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
