A hard start that begins at a glued flake in the overhang leads to a small ledge and more moderate climbing above. A final slabby finish, with a small crux, is found above the last bolt.


This is located 5 feet to the right of Mel's Diner and starting downhill of Mel's. The first bolt hanger is often missing.

The powerful start is grungy, loose, and unpleasant. Stem off the tree opposite to make it less unpalatable. The upper sections are better but dirty, since this route doesn't get done often.
