I recall hearing about stainless steel front-point bolts for BD Cyborb crampons.

Any leads?

I consistently manage to strip the stock bolts and then they get loose while climbing and it is a huge drag.

Thnx.

What makes you think a stainless bolt will be more resistant to stripping?

You have a poor bolt-tightening technique (or crappy/out of spec tools). Unless there's more to the story, your bolt problems have nothing to do with the standard carbon steel bolts.

You'll strip a stainless bolt faster.
Your tightening the bolts to hard.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
