Description
Looking up the tramway from the base of Jackson Hole, S&S Couloir is the nose-like prominence of rock at the top of the mountain. It is directly adjacent to Corbett's Couloir and easily visible from the tram as evidenced by the tram riders plastering the windows as you climb.
Getting There
Take the tram up to the top and then hike down Corbett's trail, passing Corbett's Couloir, out on the edge of the point of rock. The climbs are accessed by rappelling down the set of anchors on the southern face onto a belay ledge below. There's a head-high bolt and a rusted piton that can be used to build a belay anchor. Also plenty of spots to place hand-sized cams all along the ledge.
