Spectator Boulder is one smaller block.

Getting There

From the dirt pullout, head straight uphill into the woods. In 2-3 minutes you will reach an intersecting trail. Take a right on that trail and follow it as it loops around and heads in the direction of the reservoir. Right before you reach the reservoir, look right up on the ridge to see this boulder perched there.
