Spearhead to Chief's Head

I want to link up the N Ridge of Spearhead with the West Ridge of Pagoda and then finish on Longs. I'm familiar with the Chief's Head - Pagoda - Longs section. What is the quickest way to get from the summit of Spearhead to Chief's Head?

There are a number of ramps up Chief's Head that would keep the grade easy (class 3-4). I went out of my way to do a harder line, but it wasn't necessary. I have pics of that entire traverse here.
