Is Rocktown, GA closed?

i have heard that a bridge is washed out on the way up to Rocktown. Can anyone confirm this or when the road might be fixed?

Check out the SCC forum. Apparently there is a backway in, but I have never been. That is just what I read from the forums.

From what's been posted on the SCC forum, you might as well consider Rocktown to be closed. The main road has been seriously damaged by flooding (no bridge involved), and the back road sounds like it's virtually impassible. I'd recommend staying away until road repairs are made.

So where exactly is the road washed out? Is pettyjohn cave still accessible?
