Route 1 == THE MANAGER, V3Route 2 == THE CLERK, V7[Start really low with right hand on a deep right handed pocket and left on a micro pinch on the T hold. From here do a big cross through and match, then go a little left and then straight up.]Route 3 == THE THIEF, V7/8[Same start as THE CLERK but after the match cross through to the mono w/ your left hand and do a big dyno to the jug out right. From here go straight up.
