Description

Scrable up 30' to a Large Ledge via a third / fourth class climb up and right.Climb up the center of the face to the first pin, then up and slightly right to a bolt. The crux is getting to the next bolt left and up. Climb up and through the small flake where you can possibly get some gear but a hidden pin is just above you. Continue up to the top. This is a great route with gear in all the right places.

A fun route with a GREAT view from the top! The third bold is a little bit scary getting to and clipping but still a fun lead. The start and finish felt more like a 5.7, kinda juggy. But the middles section felt like 5.9 and I think it is actually listed as 5.9 in the new Needles book

You can also start this route direct up the face to a single old bolt on a hardish 5.9 licheny face instead of left up the 3rd class ramp. I thought it was fun!

Does anyone know the name of the climb on this same rock formation that starts to the far right of goldline, and sort of around the corner? Is it called "Unemployment Line?" It might go at a 5.7 with few 5.8 moves. It's well bolted and worth doing although some might not find it as interesting and dicey as the orginal Goldline route.

Whiteline to the left and Hotline to the right. Yet another variation called Perlon. If Tricouni Nail is 5.8 then this route is only 5.7.
