Crossing the overhang near the top where it's drawn in is low/mid 5.10. Skirt it on the left to keep it at 5.9. But you're on top-rope, so go for it!

The lack of holds leading up the roof made me skirt it to the left.

For an alternate climb, start up the crack behind the horn.
