Description Suggest change

This excellent moderate is one of the longer routes of the grade in Margalef. There are some great pocekts on this one, & despite the weird start, the climbing is engaging throughout with a number of cruxy spots.

Begin at a slabby open book. Stem up the corner or tackle the steep tan wall directly on great juggy pockets. Move left at the horizontal break, then over a bulge that is not as hard as it looks, to gain the gray slab. Sharp incut pockets lead up the slab to another horizontal break above a small bush. Move right along the break, then surmount the crux bulge with a big highstep & great nubbins & pockets. Move right into the odd corner & follow this to the anchor.

Location Suggest change

At the center of Can Torxa is a large dihedral with an orange, overhanging left face. The line of bolts heading up the orange face is "Chachi qui Chapi". Somiatruites is the fifth bolted line left of Chachi, climbing the left face of the next big dihedral to the left of the Chachi dihedral.

Protection Suggest change

~10 bolts to 2 BA.
