Heading to Smith next week for a few days, I know there's snow on the ground but are most things climb able?

I'm hoping to head south from Seattle in late January/early February, any tips on weather conditions in Smith Rock around that time? I don't want to pass it up if possible!

It's often fantastic around that time. Look for clear skies and minimal wind. If you get both of those, it'll be perfect. If the weather isn't ideal and you don't mind armoring up for some very cold-weather cragging, (and the best friction of your life) you can still have a good time.

Remind me to tell Emma that the best friction of your life is at smith.
