| So I'm trying to plan a trip to Utah while in Colombia, and I left my guide books at home. Smart, I know. Where are the closest slots to Indian Creek? I'm looking to meet up with someone coming from Colorado while in the creek to do some II-III A&B canyons for the weekend. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks, Tom | FLAG |

| www.canyoneeringusa.com/ Tom's site is a great resource (especially if you left your guidebooks behind) for some slots in the Swell, Robber's Roost and Cedar Mesa areas. Though these areas are kind of a long drive from Indian Creek. www.climb-utah.com/Moab/index.htm Shane's site has more stuff listed in the immediate Moab area, but you'll have to pay to become a member of his 'circle of friends' to get detailed info. Morning Glory bridge along the river road is a great little adventure where you can simul rap off the bridge with your partner (rap bolts are available as well though). Some Google searches will show some footage of this bridge (which is huge, impressive!). While not canyoneering, you could scramble up Elephant Butte in Arches. It's a fun side excursion with a couple rappels. Gaining the summit of the butte puts you at the highest point in the park. Definitely worth doing if you have a few hours to kill. Have fun! | FLAG |
