DescriptionNot often climbed area with great quality of routes. You can see this Pinnacle from Moratorium parking lot Getting TherePark at first pull out on the left after passing Manure Pile buttress entrance (~1.7m from camp 4). I believe this is same parking as for Moratorium and you can see from this parking both : Slab Happy Pinnacle and Moratorium. Walk up hill reaching the tow of Loggerhead Buttress and than skirting the east side of the Buttress about 20 min until granite barrier reached. Walk right along the barrier until you see some passage up can be made. The ducks should be there. Scramble up the passage with some class 4 moves to the base of the Pinnacle . Amazing quality , very physical route, one of the best at this grade I climbed in the Valley. Route has no bolts at all ( one pin at top of p2)P1.
