Description 

This lesser visited portion of the Quarry actually has some good climbing although much of it tends to be more technical and on-your-feet climbing than the normal Quarry climb. Routes here tend to be on the shorter side and range from 5.7 to 5.13a with the majority in the 5.11 and under range, in fact this area has the highest density of 5.10 routes at the Quarry - although most of them aren't very physical.

Recommended climbs here include: White Light (5.7), the 1st pitch of Feetal Rearrangement (5.8), Mantle Marathon (5.10a), Pleasure Dome (5.10b), Shattered Dreams (5.10c), Hang Thang (5.10d), Gulp Swallow (5.10d), Pity Committee (5.11a), Romp (5.11b), Synchronicity (5.11c), Vertical Vee (5.11d), Romp Direct (5.12a), Microquarry (5.12c) and Synergy (5.12d).

Getting There 

Head for the left side of the Quarry proper. Routes on the left side start from ground level while some of those on the right side start from ground level as well as partway up the talus slope.

The climb starts with a couple of swift pulls on small edges. Getting past the start may prove to be the crux for some.After 3 bolts an overlap is reached. For many this will prove to be the crux.
