The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Getting There
Same parking as for the Pixar Wall Area. From the Echo Cove parking area drive North for 0.4 miles to a pullout on the right.
You will see the Shorty Crag on the hillside to the east: a small, steep wall with smooth dark brown patina down low and lighter colored rock up high.
