The Second Buttress has several good climbs: Tough Situation (9+) and Classic Finger Crack (9) are somewhat popular. Pine Tree Route (5) is a great beginner's lead.
Take the climber's access trail to the water pipe, and walk right, past the First Buttress, to the base of the Second Buttress.

This route climbs a short distance up the dihedral between the Second and Third Elephant Buttresses a few feet before traversing left into a good crack system.
