Scoop shaped near the top, with very close bolts up high to keep you off the ledge. Big jugs help when the going gets tough.


This is the first route on the upstream end Monster Wall proper.

On April 5, 2015, a climber flushed a nesting owl when he neared the top of the climb. He could hear the babies in the nest. Recommend staying off it and the nearby climbs for a bit. Couldn't see the nest from the ground. Web sources say the young owls start venturing from the nest at about 6 weeks. Would be nice if climbers gave these birds their space.
