| Loomer: an extremely long and skinny french-fry. Like one that is over 7 inches. From the urban dictionary I demand an explanation!! Also, the hardest 11 I've ever been on. |

| In surfer slang the "loomer" is the the last and sometimes largest wave in a set. Ergo, paddling through the first few lesser waves to get to the loomer is scratching. |
