I currently own the Magos and like them very much but would love them more if they had velcro closures...enter the Boostic!??

Anyone out there have any experience with this comparison? Apples and oranges or are they somewhat close in design and performance? Im hearing great things about the Boostic and it is almost time to retire the Magos...

Thanks for your input!

Haven't climbed in the Mago, but have been in the Boostics for about 3 years now. They are great at tech/overhang/slab but suck for cracks/handjams

Booster S would be closer in terms of sensitivity & downturned shape, but is softer than Mago. Boostic is less downturned (but same asymmetry), narrower & way stiffer (serves a very different purpose for me). Neither is a direct velcro version of Mago. The old Booster was closer.

Depending on what you like about the Mago, you may consider the Stix (slipper but stiffer than Booster S), Instinct VS or the softer version (blue instead of orange) when available.

Thanks guys! I'm curious; I may have to give the Boostics a try
