Up slab at start of climb

Add Photo  Add Comment    Printer View

Description

The crux comes at the bulge just before the last bolt. There is a bad sloper but there are two good crimps on the left side of it. I thought it was stiff for the grade.

Location

start up the giant blocky crack on the left side of the slab. take the third route that branches left. rap from the chains

Protection

6 draws + 2 for the chains

Consistently interesting, but maybe it is a bit stiff for the grade. No higher than 10b though. Hands are never good but the feet almost always are, so it's a good excercise in footwork.
