This semi-hidden gem is well worth the five minute approach as it has a number of quality problems on it's steep, bulging face. Lunge For It (aka All Lunged Out) (V3), Soar Eagle (V6), All Washed Up (V6), Bald Eagle (V8) and All Burned Out (V8) are all found here and worthy of attention.

Getting There

From the large parking area at the south side of Cap Rock head east following the loop "nature trail". Take the left fork when the trail splits (you'll pass Collieherb (V1) on your right after several hundred yards) and then make a left into a narrow corridor soon after the trail passes between some large rock formations off the trail - if you miss the turn-off and reach the Pumping Monzonite Boulder you've gone too far. Total approach time is about 5 minutes.
