2 boulders a hundred yards south of the road just past (east of) the normal spot you park and walk up to Barrel Ridge. A handful of decent lines and worth the effort if you've done the stuff you can do on the Ridge proper.
Park as per Barrel Ridge. Walk east on the road until the hill to your right comes down in elevation such that you can look up the valley drainage. Viola! There they are.

Melincholy (AKA Little Roof) V1 5 WI
: Governor Dodge State Park

Melincholy is actually pretty fun on good rock. Start low and right on the smaller of the 2 Melin Boulders. Use good holds and edges, a nice hidden jug underneath for your left hand, and traverse left to the corner and up with edges and a cool round iron knob. Kinda mossy but brushes easily, so bring one. Low and right start on the smaller boulder. Maybe 15-16 feet tall? Hard to tell since there was 2 feet of snow on the ground. The overhanging face has some slopey ledges but I couldn't tell with all the frost on it if it was chossy or if there were any other features. I presume it's been checked out before, it's not far out of the way. ...[more] Browse More Classics in WI

Nice work on this area guys, I checked out the small square boulder last fall but never gave it a go. I guess you beat me to it.
