Description 

Sam Hill area is the first group of crags as you drive into the Icicle valley (3.5 miles from highway 2). Parking is available at a roadside pullout just opposite of the Fridge Boulder.

There are no access issues here, as the Washington Climbers Coalition and the Trust for Public Land bought this area in April of 2005.

Getting There 

Drive down Icicle Creek Road for 3.5 miles. Park at a pullout opposite of the Fridge Boulder. The crag immediately above is Trundle Dome, other crags are upward and to the right.
