Forecast for rumbling bald looks good so I'm making the drive down this weekend, may stay into the next week weather dependent. Have a few potential partners, looking for more, do not want to be sitting around for lack of a partner. This will be my first visit there, looking to climb moderate classics and see where it goes...

Just remember to get there early or expect to get turned away... Parking fills up fast.

How crazy does it get at the cereal buttress on a nice weather weekend? Are there lines on the classics all day long?

Yeah, you'll probably have to wait, but usually not for more than 1-2 parties.

It was a madhouse for the weekend, pad people galore... Ghost town on Friday and Monday. Parking, I got there at ~9am and the lot was full by 9:20. Had to wait to get on Comatose, not long, knocked out the cereal buttress on Friday, only one other party. If you don't feel like waiting, there are a few excellent cracks downhill from comatose area, not sure of the name or grade. One that goes up to the top of a pinnacle maybe a 8? Dicey little move off the deck, short, tat with rings at top... No one around...

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
