Description 

Just around the bend and upriver from #7. It's toe can be seen just above the river around the rock buttress. Mostly hidden by the Cedars on the slope and buttress separating #7 and #8. Follow steps of ice (sometimes very thin) to final headwall and Wood-tooling move to finish.

Location 

Traverse above river (easy) around rock buttress to move up river to its base.

Protection 

Screws, sometimes stubbies and a Spectre are nice.
