Rooms in House in north Denver

Hey, we are a couple climbers that have 2 rooms open in our house in north Denver. We are located just off of I-25 at the 84th Ave. exit (219). This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath house. Hardwood floors and linoleum upstairs. Carpet downstairs.

Rooms starting at $400 a month, largest suite is $550 a month plus utilities (around $40/month). 6 month lease.

There is currently a dog in the house, but he will be gone at the end of the week. We would be potentially open to a chill dog.

On street parking in a very quiet neighborhood. 7 minute drive to Rock'n&Jam'n in Thornton. Bathrooms, kitchen, and washer and dryer, all shared. Projector in the living room for screening netflix. There is potential storage space in the garage if need be. The people in the house are also musicians, so we do practice during normal hours (generally before 10 PM, and after 10 AM).
