Room for rent

I have a room open in a house in Tempe, right near Scottsdale and the 202, it is a nice place, with a decent living room and kitchen, I also have a back den that I store all my climbing gear and backpacking stuff, but it has a futon and piano and tv so guests can enjoy it too(not the rental room). The room for rent is a private room with closet, you would share a two sink bathroom. I am a pretty clean person, and I have 2 other roommates, and a dog trigger, a German Short Haired Pointer, she is awesome and a good crag dog. There is a big back yard for workouts and a pull-up bar. The rent includes cable, DVR(if you watch tv series), WiFi for 430 a month. I just graduated ASU in Conservation Biology, and am planning on getting my masters next year, and am pretty tied to the climbing community in Tempe and ASU, I am 28 male, very laid back and easy going, I cook about every meal and am a total sharer with everything. Landon has been living with me for 2 years now and is a really good roommate that has helped out quite a bit over the years, he is 23 and works for a resort. Katie love dirtbike riding like I love climbing, and she works a lot of hours and rides when she is not working. Lexi who just moved out was a great roommate also, I like the balance of men and women, it made a very good dynamic of personality in the house. For that reason I am looking for a female more than a male to move in, but I would be willing to have a male roommate if he was clean.
