Available May 1st, I have a basement apartment/room for rent in my Cottonwood Heights home. Basement has 4 separate rooms: 1 bedroom, 1 office/living room, 1 bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Shares kitchen upstairs as well as 2 large living rooms.
Located near the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Close to freeway entrance, trails, climbing and skiing. Quiet neighborhood, large yard with deck and BBQ, vegetable garden, AND it even has its own Brewery!
