Great beginner lead. It's a stair case. But, beware of loose, chossy junk near the top of the climb. Also, be careful when you lower your climber, you have a tendency to swing out around the corner, this could really scare a newb.

this is an ok starter route. its probably the tallest starter route there. be careful though, there is choss and the route is very dirty (like layers of dirt). Also as gblauer said be careful lowering or rapping, if youre not paying attention youll go over the left side and it becomes a pain to get down
